Mediation Package
If you want to have someone work with you and your spouse to mediate your divorce to reach an agreement.
This package includes emotional and communication tutorial to help you in your mediation;
5 hours with a mediator, and we will do all the paperwork for your divorce, for a flat fee of $2,875. (does not include court and filing fees of approximately $500 for each spouse).
One mediator, two attorney consultants, one or two financial experts
Strength:
Most cost-effective for parties with minimal assets and minimal issues.
Weakness:
The parties who cannot get legal advice from the mediator often consult an attorney who is a litigator making the mediation difficult and sometimes ineffective.
