Flat Fee Consultation Package

If you

(1) think that you are close to an agreement with your spouse,

(2) don’t want to pay an attorney a minimum of $5000 retainer,

(3) but would like to know generally what the laws says,

(4) want help and direction and guidance with the paperwork from beginning to end of your divorce, and

(5) want to be in charge of your decision, then the Consultation package may be right for you.

The package includes:

  • Emotional and relationship tutorial to help you communicate and resolve issues with your spouse in an effective and peaceful way;
  • Step-by-step direction tutorial as to what forms and how to complete the forms and when to file them, and
  • A total of 3 hours of private consultation with a family law attorney.

All for a flat fee of $1495 (not including court fees and filing costs)
